ACCOMODATIONS:
Single/Double Occupancy $149.00/night (not including 9% tax).
Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. A charge of $35 will be added for each guest room over double occupancy. A $19.99 resort fee per night will be applied to each guest room, which includes nightly turndown service, daily newspaper, admission to the exercise facility at the Resort (normally @ $30.00) and the shuttle to and from the Las Vegas Strip and the McCarran International Airport on a set schedule. Under no circumstances shall a minor be allowed to check-in or occupy a guest room without the accompaniment of at least one (1) person over the age of 21.

All reservation requests must be guaranteed and accompanied with a deposit in the amount of the first nights room & tax. All reservations are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within 48 hours to arrival, will be charged a no show fee of one night room and tax.
Please make your hotel arrangements prior to June 10th, 2008. Special conference rates may not be honored after this time. Reservations made after June 10th, 2008 are on a space and rate availability basis only.
Conference room rates will apply three days prior to and three days following your official group dates based upon Hotel availability.
SERVICE CHARGE/HOUSEKEEPING GRATUITIES:
Porterage charges, currently $7.00 per person (round trip), and housekeeping gratuities, currently $2.00 per room per day, are left to the individual attendee’s discretion. Unless otherwise instructed, these charges will be posted to the individual attendee’s personal guestroom folio.
