Exhibitor Information
 Zuna Institute’s National Black Lesbian Conference will convene Black Lesbian activists, educators, community organizers, and professionals. The National Black Lesbian Conference augments leadership and skill-building, business development, professional networking, and expands our platform for future advocacy. The past three conferences has been the place where hundreds of Black Lesbians have gathered together to enhance their skills through a holistic approach to well being, receive information, commemorate each other, and the primary time to network with like-minded members of the community
As an Exhibitor/Vendor you will have access to a diverse demographic of activists, health professionals, business professionals, and community members to share your products, information, and reports. You will also have the opportunity to advertise your business and network with hundreds of Black Lesbians that are from multiple regions of the country. Exhibit/Vendor space will be centrally located within the conference space. Participants will have multiple opportunities to visit your tables where you will have the chance to introduce your product or services.

Exhibit Schedule:
Set-up begins Thursday, July 10th, from 6-10pm
Tear Down begins Sunday, July 13th, 9am-12 noon
Daily Hours:
Thursday 8-10pm
Friday and Saturday – 9am-10pm
Sunday 9am-12 noon |
Exhibit Space Includes:
One Six- foot table draped with 2 chairs
Hotel lighting, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.

Exhibit Space (standard) does not include:
Drayage and placement of display equipment - Guard Services
Cleaning and Janitorial Services - Labor, i.e., carpenters, electricians, drapers.
Electricity - Special lighting, electrical, telephone
Decoration and related services - Gas or Water supply
Guard Services
Additional fees will apply if above services are required. Zuna Institute does not expedite any additional equipment. Please contact hotel for fees and installation.
Resale License may be required.

StorageThere will be a locked storage area available. All Exhibitors are responsible for breakdown each day to transport into storage area if applicable.
ShippingExhibitors can ship items to hotel no more than 2 days prior to July 10th, 2008. All exhibitor materials must be shipped to hotel addressed to you. Do not ship items to Zuna Institute. Zuna Institute will not be responsible for any materials.

With your signature you agree to the terms outlined on the Exhibitor Information Form, and agree to the following. Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Zuna Institute and Red Rock Casino Resort Spa against any claim or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition space. The Exhibitor understands that Zuna Institute and Red Rock Casino Resort Spa maintain no insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property, and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Exhibit space is limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Applications with full payment received by May 15th will be guaranteed and listed in Program Book.
Package Handling:
All packages and/or freight received at the Red Rock Resort will be assessed the following handling and/or storage charges:
5 lbs or less / envelope $5.00 each 6 lbs to 20 lbs $10.00 each
21 lbs to 100 lbs $15.00 each 101 lbs and over $.50 (per lb)
Shipping-Exhibitors can ship items to hotel no more than 2 days prior to July 10th, 2008. All exhibitor materials must be shipped to hotel addressed to you. Do not ship items to Zuna Institute.
Zuna Institute will not be responsible for any vendor/exhibitor materials. A payment to Zuna Institute for exhibitor usage states that all terms and conditions are agreed to by the exhibitor.
