Hospitality Lounge                   $3,500 Exclusive Sponsorship
Participants from around the country will stop by the Hospitality Lounge throughout the weekend to network with each other, take a break between sessions, or just relax and review their notes. Your company logo will be prominently displayed and highly visible in the room, and signage visible to all participants.

Workshop Session                  $500
Workshop Track                     $1500      
Workshops offer conference participants skill-based opportunities to improve their leadership skills, and share best practices with like-minded members of the community. Each track will have at least three workshop sessions. Your company name will be displayed on signage outside the workshop.

Meet and Greet Reception    $2500 Exclusive Sponsorship
This event will be the first networking event of the conference. Participants will have just arrived and you will have a captive audience of individuals that are excited about a reunion with old acquaintances, and meeting new ones. This event will have an open bar and hors d’oeuvres.

VIP Reception                        $3000
This private event will have in attendance the sponsors, CEO’s, Presenters, and Speakers, and will be held in a Luxury Suite. Your company will have an audience of the top power players, and decision makers of the LGBT community.

Exhibit Space                         $1000 Co-sponsorship
The Exhibit space will be a high traffic venue where your organization will have maximum exposure to participants who will frequent the area multiple times throughout the conference. Your organization will have signage throughout the space, and visible to all participants.

Conference Bag                    $3000 Exclusive Sponsorship
Conference Bags are distributed to every participant. Your company name will display on the outside of the bag with your logo, and web address. This very high-visibility item will be attractive and durable, participants are sure to take your logo with them for future use.

Tote Bag - Insert Only          $100
Insert one promotional item in each participant’s conference bag for high-impact visibility.

Name Badge Lanyards         $600
Each participant will be given a lanyard to hold their access badge that identifies their name, and where they are from. Your companies name or website will be printed on the lanyard that will give your company high visiblility.

Conference Scholarships    $1500 Full
                                                    $325 Partial

Demonstrate your company's commitment to providing access to a youth, senior, or financially disadvantaged participant who may otherwise not be able to attend.  We'll be sure your organization receives a special "thank you" during the Opening Plenary Session.
